JaxCo Furniture is the #1 in Furniture Store in the 904. We are Jacksonville's bold, local, affordable option for home furnishings and are expanding our team. We create a relaxed shopping experience for our customers and we offer the best customer service out there. A portion of our monthly profits goes into a mattress donation program with the local VA as well as non-profits to serve veterans and families in need.

Who are you?

You are someone who is flexible, eager to grow, and is ready to work closely with other dedicated team members. You are not afraid of a performance-based pay scale and you don't need someone hovering over you to manage you every minute of every day. You have base pay starting off while seeking opportunities for growth within our organization and will move to a 100% commission pay basis after 90 days. If you have previous sales experience, you have a leg-up on other candidates. If you are bilingual, you are also highly desired. However, neither is a requirement.

What will you do?

- Meet 1-on-1 with potential customers to help them figure out best furniture or mattress setup for their needs

- Help keep the showroom clean/tidy

- Use digital marketplaces to post ads for new customers

- Follow up with customers once product arrives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,850 - $5,500 per month

Healthcare eligible after 90 days

401K eligible after 6 months

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees are given masks and asked to wear them. Store is large enough to stay 6-ft from all other patrons in almost all situations.
